Often she is the only one working the checkout early in the morning and multitasking at the same time. Lucky is lucky to have her and I am happy I have found this particular market, after recently moving to San Carlos. ”

“ Plenty of parking. Hand sanitizer and wipes as soon as you walk in. Noticed carts being wiped down outside. Thats nice. The store is well stocked and there are more vegan and specialty items now. Gluten free bread is in the freezer section with vegan items. Like that. Staff is friendly and the store is clean. ”

“ Aside from the latter part of a holiday, inventory is always more than adequate. Great selection of products, and Milk choices plentiful. The Orange store should take lessons on stocking from you. Thanks for being there when I need you! ”

“ Throughout the past years, for some reason, Lucky grocery store, mostly existed as back up quarterback choice, when it came to food shopping, for me and my family. For decades, they have been around just as long as other leading grocery stores, and all of them have changed their business names back and forth. Along with those changes came modernization and upgrades, Id say pretty much simultaneously amongst all of them. Price fluctuations as well some items more at one store, then less at another. And in all fairness, Id have to say, that Luckys was taking second, because my primary grocery to go to business was is located at a more convenient spot, then the secondary, Luckys. And I have to admit, that all of us have such super busy soccer mom, tarzan Dad, going to his second night shift job, right after mom comes home with the toddler in one arm, while clutching the dry cleaned baseball outfits for the twins in the other arm! Convenience is key in existing, surviving and keeping up with the Joneses ! So, as a result this wonderful place, as I had the pleasure to observe, has been overlooked unfairly, in my opinion. At least the one in San Carlos!!! Wonderfully prepared hot food, as well as super fresh sandwiches, welcomed me, and set the tone for an amazing shopping experience. Without further more describing boring details of necessities for our cupboards, refrigerators and other catagories, everything was available that I needed, choices of brands in plentiful, cleanliness apparent, as well as professional, friendly customer service by all associates, that at least I had come in contact with!!! OMG! They where great! Not only equivalently existing with their competition, no name, but surpassing at least on this day, by not only matching but lower in price! And once more I have to celebrate the Hot Foods and Sandwich, Deli Department!!! Im all smiles, still reliving biting into those hot, tasty, delicious, fresh chicken strips dipping them into BBQ Sauce, that where accompanied by equally awesome potato wedges! Is your mouth watering? Anyhow All thumbs up Luckys Grocery Store in San Carlos!!! ”

“ Great place during the day. At night though, dark parking lot and people tend to stay overnight on the outer rim of the parking lot itself. Ive never had an issue but Ive seen some things...I sit in the truck while my partner goes inside, and I see a lot of activity. Just good to be aware. ”
